Register with your own mainland China mobile phone number. Sign-in uses mobile number + SMS verification code — no password needed.
Which payment methods are supported?
WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported in the app. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment institutions; the Platform never stores your payment password.
How do I become a merchant?
Submit a merchant onboarding application in the app, complete identity verification and upload your business license and other qualification materials. You can start selling once approved.
How do I delete my account?
Contact customer service to request account deletion. After deletion, we will stop using and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy (unless the law provides otherwise).
How do I exercise my rights to access, correct or delete my personal information?
You may do so via in-app settings or by contacting customer service. Requests for access, copy, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or account deletion are handled within 15 business days after identity verification.
